How to use it

Softphone registration (Zoiper5)
Follow these steps to register Zoiper5 using the credentials provided on your CloudPBX Device page. This guide is based on the Zoiper5 registration instructions.
1) Sign in to Zoiper5Enter credentials

Open Zoiper5 and enter the credentials from the CloudPBX Device page, then press Login.

2) Enter the SIP serverHostname / registrar

Insert your server/hostname (SIP server / registrar with port) and press Next. You can skip the optional outbound proxy window if not required.

3) Download configurationAuto-detect

Wait for configurations to download and press Next. If the last configuration takes too long, you can skip it. Then close the accounts window using the cross icon.

4) Make a test callDialer

You can now use the dialer to make calls. Press the dialer icon to enter numbers and tap Dial.

5) Open account settingsSettings → Accounts

Open Settings → Accounts, then choose your SIP account.

6) Advanced settingsSTUN

Click the Advanced menu and confirm that Don’t use STUN is selected (unless your network requires STUN).

7) Audio codecsRecommended

In Audio codecs, keep only G.711 a-law in “Selected codecs”. Add with the right arrow, remove with the left arrow.

8) Save changesConfirm

When exiting the Accounts menu, a prompt appears. Press Yes to save changes.

Important If your provider requires a specific server IP/hostname or port, use exactly what is provided in your VOIP credentials. (This guide illustrates where to enter it.)
